The Torchbearer of Willpower is back
The Quest for the Blue Lanterns has reached its conclusion. After Kyle Rayner reconstituting Hal Jordan's corporeal form when he was in Emerald space, the two continue their quest to find hope. Hal and Kyle found Saint Walker and brought him in the new headquarters of Green Lantern Corps, Mogo. Guy Gardner can be seen resting and recovering from the damage he received from battling Arkillo last issue (Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps #16).
The newly formed alliance between the Green Lantern and Sinestro Corps are having a hard time keeping them together and Jon is suspicious regarding Romat-Ru's status. Despite having Soranik as the new Sinestro corps leader, it's quite noticeable that Sinestro still possessed the respect and loyalty of his own corps. Bromance can be seen between Guy and Arkillo and we're going to expect a lot from this new duo.
Kyle is the greatest lantern. Of course in terms of being green, Hal is still on top but in overall perspective Kyle has done a lot of things and no one has mastered the seven rings except him. Ganthet and Sayd wanted to raise the dead and bring back the Blue Lanterns using the power of the Kyle's white lantern ring with the additional help of Saint Walker. They could just proceed with the unique process of recruitment but Venditti still push this way. Unexpected things happened when an unknown force is preventing the process of resurrection that caused the white ring to divide into 7 emotional spectrum rings and began scanning for replacement. Then the green ring chose Kyle Rayner and he's back in his green costume.
Flash, Atrocitus and an unknown figure in a dimension beyond space-time are also shown during the disturbance and this could be another teaser of the upcoming Batman and Flash crossover featuring the Watchmen, Justice Society of America and even Flashpoint Batman.
